We just closed our second seed funding round! Intoloop (Starduck Studios, to be exact) raised a total of $640k (450k€) from nine awesome angels:
We started discussions with first investors related to this round almost a year ago. It’s been an educating and interesting process, and now we can focus completely on the product. Thanks to all our investors for the support and believing in us!
We’ve previously raised $350k (250k€) in February 2010 from angel investors. This totals to $1M in total! All the investors from the first round also made an additional investment on this round.
The whole team has had great time building Intoloop for the past year and nine months. We’re extremely passionate about bringing new exciting features to our users and making Intoloop Kids the leading online baby journal.
